Internal editorial framework
Launch curation pack
The first 28 things worth finding.
A clear starting point for a sharper kind of product discovery: fewer things, better reasons, and nothing published before Brad has done the looking.
Nothing in this pack is live commerce. No listings, affiliate links, prices, product photos, availability, or performance claims are published until Brad verifies the exact product and the editorial point of view.
The launch framework
Eight edits. Twenty-eight editorial decisions.
These are deliberate spaces to fill, not a product feed to complete. Every slot needs a specific reason to exist.

For every recommendation
The editorial template.
The recommendation should feel like Brad personally showed someone one excellent thing — with enough context to make an informed choice.

Product name
The exact item, variant, and retailer destination — verified before it is shown.
02
Brad’s headline
One concise, specific reason this deserves attention.
03
Why I Found It
Brad’s original editorial explanation, grounded in what he actually noticed.
04
Why It’s Good
A short list of verified, useful reasons rather than generic marketing language.
05
What I’d Change
A real limitation, criticism, or caveat when one belongs in the story.

Found by Brad verdict
One clear designation: Brad Approved, Great Value, Looks Expensive, Actually Useful, Travel Well, or The Black Edit.
Before it earns a slot
Product-intake checklist.
- Exact product name, model, color, size, and retailer listing confirmed.
- A real reason it passed the Found by Brad filter — not just a trend or commission.
- Materials, dimensions, compatibility, and practical limits checked against the source.
- Original photography or approved retailer imagery cleared before publication.
- Current price and availability checked on the day the recommendation goes live.
- The correct affiliate destination tested, attributed, and clearly disclosed.
Trust comes first
Affiliate and disclosure safeguards.
- No affiliate link appears until Brad verifies the exact listing and destination.
- No price, discount, availability, performance, or material claim is published without verification.
- Editorial commentary stays original. No copied product descriptions or customer reviews.
- Paid relationships, gifts, and affiliate links are disclosed plainly and close to the recommendation.
- A product can be rejected, criticized, removed, or revised when the facts or judgment change.
Selectivity is the product. The goal is not to fill all 28 spaces; it is to make every filled space worth a closer look.
